Since its establishment in 2016, Becws Môn Bakery have grown from a team of 6 to a team of over 30 staff.
The company supply outlets across Anglesey and Gwynedd and despite the effects of the pandemic, they continue to adapt and grow. In 2021, they plan to expand further with a view to employing more staff, creating more opportunities for the local residents of Anglesey.
Môn CF have worked closely with Richard Lewis and the team at Becws Môn Bakery for the past three years, primarily providing recruitment support including the provision of paid work placements to many of our clients.
We are supporting Becws Môn Bakery to offer two Kickstart Scheme placements as Trainee Baker and Trainee Confectioner which will start in February.
