Training FAQ's

Q: What are the maximum attendees on courses?

A: For most of our courses the maximum attendees is 12, however some of our outdoor based training courses have a maximum of 4-6. Send us an email regarding a booking at training@moncf.co.uk for any questions.

Q: What courses do you deliver?

A: We are always looking at ways of improving our course catalogue. Often courses we do not deliver internally we can outsource, signpost or facilitate. If there is a course that you're interested in that we do not provide you can discuss with us and we can explore options to help or signpost.

Q: I'm not enrolled with Mon CF; can I still attend a course?

A: Yes, we often deliver to individuals and companies on a private and bespoke basis, you can request courses to be delivered solely to your business, or you can join one of our regular schedule courses with others in the community.

Q: Is there funding available to attend courses?

A: Yes, there is! To attend a course that is funded you must be eligible and enrolled to one of our support projects, to see if your eligible complete our general enquiry form and let us know what training you're interested.

Q. How do I pay for courses?

A: There are different ways to pay for courses. You can pay online via card through our website.

Q: Where are your courses based?

A: We deliver regularly from our own premises, in Amlwch, and Holyhead, and have regular training in Llangefni. For courses elsewhere and in Gwynedd we book external venues that are easily accessible via public transport. For private bookings, if you have a suitable location and facilities, we can come to you! To check if your premises is suitable, please email us at training@moncf.co.uk and we can call you to discuss and arrange a visit.

Q. I don't have photographic ID. What do I do?
