What is Môn Communities Forward?
Môn Communities Forward (Môn CF) is a social enterprise and registered charity that supports individuals, businesses and communities across Anglesey and North Wales. Since 2012, we've helped people find work, gain qualifications, start businesses and develop skills that create brighter futures.
Who can access your services?
Our services are available to a wide range of people, including:

Many of our services are delivered across Anglesey, with some programmes also supporting people throughout North Wales.
How much do your services cost?
Many of our services are fully funded, meaning there is no cost to eligible participants. Some training courses or programmes may have different funding arrangements, and our team will explain these before you sign up.

Your support is tailored to your individual circumstances.
Do I need to be unemployed?
Not always.
Some programmes are designed specifically for people who are unemployed, while others support people looking to change careers, develop new skills or progress into better employment.
Who is eligible for employment support?
Eligibility depends on the programme, but many of our employment projects are designed for people who:

What happens after I contact you?
Once you complete an enquiry form or get in touch, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your goals.
If you're eligible, you'll be matched with a mentor who will help create a personalised action plan and support you throughout your journey.
Training
What training do you offer?
We provide a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training designed to help people gain practical skills and improve their employment opportunities.
Training opportunities vary throughout the year depending on available funding and local demand.
Do I receive a qualification?
Many of our courses lead to recognised qualifications or certificates. Your course information will explain what's included before you enrol.
Can employers book training for their staff?
Yes.
We work with employers to help upskill their workforce through a range of training and development opportunities.
Business Support
Can you help me start a business?
Absolutely.
We support aspiring entrepreneurs with practical guidance to help turn business ideas into reality, including advice on planning, self-employment and business development.
Do you support existing businesses?
Yes.
Our team works with both new and established businesses, providing support that helps organisations grow, recruit staff and develop their workforce.

Can community groups work with you?
Yes.
We're always interested in working alongside schools, charities, voluntary groups and community organisations that want to make a positive difference across Anglesey.
Referrals
Can someone refer me?
Yes.
Friends, family, support workers or partner organisations can refer someone to our services where appropriate. We also welcome self-referrals.
I'm referring someone else. What should I do?
Our enquiry forms include an option to make a referral on behalf of another person. If you're unsure which service is most appropriate, contact our team and we'll guide you through the process.

Initially, we'll ask for some basic contact details and information about what you'd like support with. We'll discuss everything else during your first conversation.

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. We only share information with partner organisations where necessary to provide support, where you've given consent, or where we're legally required to do so.
