Community projects
Town centre regeneration
We believe our high streets should be more than just empty storefronts. Through our Vacant Property Programme, we take neglected spaces and transform them into thriving hubs for local businesses, community groups, and creators. We’re not just fixing buildings; we’re restoring local pride.
Social inclusion & empowerment
A community is only as strong as its most vulnerable members. We create pathways for those who feel furthest from the job market, providing a safe space to gain confidence, learn new skills, and find their voice. Whether it's through youth engagement or long-term support, we are here to help everyone find their place.
Grassroots support
We don't just lead projects; we support yours. Môn Communities Forward works alongside local charities, schools, and grassroots organisations to provide resources, space, and expertise. If it makes Anglesey better, we want to be part of it.
