How we support you
1. Learn about your goals
To understand what support you need, you will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will take the time to learn about you and your goals.
2. Make a plan of action
Together with your dedicated mentor, a bespoke action plan will be made that ranges from updating your CV to gaining new skills.
3. Take the next step
Our service doesn't end once you have taken the next step, our team will keep in touch and make sure you are settled.

Scott - Work Placement
Scott came to Môn CF looking for work after graduating university and in a short time was employed!
Communities for Work +
Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) is a Welsh Government-funded voluntary employment project designed to help people in Wales, over the age of 16, who are not in Employment, Education or Training.
Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a voluntary UK Government-funded program designed to help people with health conditions, disabilities, or complex barriers to enter and retain long-term sustainable employment.
Restart Scheme
The SERCO Restart scheme is a project commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and gives Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 6 months enhanced, bespoke support to find work.
