Your community needs you!
Clear the Town is a new employer volunteering & social value programme that brings together community volunteers and local businesses to help keep our town centres tidy!

Programme aim
Rather than organising a one-off litter pick, Clear the Town is designed as a repeatable Môn CF employer-volunteering programme that brings the businesses and people in our communities together to .
The programme will improve the appearance of key high-street areas while giving employers a practical opportunity to provide employee volunteering, community engagement and measurable social value.
How the model works
High-street focus
Volunteers work in agreed, designated town-centre zones rather than asking each business to clean its own premises.
Môn CF provides the equipment
Litter pickers, gloves, bin bags, hi-vis vests and other basic
equipment.
Môn CF co-ordinates
Volunteer registration, team allocation, briefing, health and safety arrangements,
equipment, and the overall activity.
Lunch provided by Môn CF
Volunteers are brought back together after the activity for lunch and
networking.
Flexible for small businesses
Independent businesses may only have 2–3 employees, so participation
is optional and can be as little as one person for an hour.
Employers provide the main volunteer workforce
Larger employers can bring teams of employees as
part of their volunteering/social-value commitments.
