Our partners & funders
At Môn Commuinities Forward, our work is made possible through the strength of our partnerships and the support of our funders.
We are proud to work alongside a wide range of organisations that share our commitment to strengthening communities, supporting local people, and creating positive, lasting change across the island.

Supported By
Together with our partners and funders, we support projects that make a real difference.
Achieve More Together
Achieve More Together is a collaborative project between Môn Communities Forward, Sodexo UK & Ireland, and Dylan's Restaurants.
The project helps young people gain vocational qualifications that support their future careers.
Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a free, voluntary employment support programme in England and Wales funded by the UK Government's Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). It helps people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or complex personal challenges find meaningful employment or keep the job they already have.
Serco Restart
The Serco Restart Scheme is a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) employment program delivered by Serco. It provides long-term unemployed individuals with up to 12 months of tailored, 1-to-1 support from a dedicated job coach to help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable local employment.
Trailblazer Fund
New funding has been secured to provide quick, easy access and light-touch pre-engagement support. More details to follow soon.

Vacant Property Project
The Môn CF Vacant Property Project (or Vacant Property Programme) is a multimillion-pound regeneration scheme in Holyhead, Anglesey (Wales), aimed at reviving the high street by purchasing derelict and empty town centre buildings and refurbishing them.
