Tenant Liaison Officer Assistant

Between £24,000 and £27,000

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to act as a key point of contact for tenants throughout planned works. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be confident responding to enquiries, and be able to build positive relationships with tenants while providing support and updates throughout the project. Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential

Job Overview

To support the Tenant Liaison Officer in keeping tenants informed before, during, and after planned works. The role involves assisting with tenant communications, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and helping to ensure tenants receive a positive and supportive experience throughout the project.

Responsibilities


  • Assist the Tenant Liaison Officer in communicating project information to tenants regarding planned works and project updates.

  • Support tenant engagement activities before, during, and after works are completed.

  • Maintain accurate tenant records, correspondence, and project documentation in line with company procedures.

  • Respond to tenant enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Escalate tenant concerns, complaints, or issues to the appropriate person where necessary.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Tenant Liaison Officer and wider project team.

  • Ensure tenant information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.

  • Promote a positive customer experience and maintain effective working relationships with tenants.

Requirements


  • Fluent Welsh and English language skills, both spoken and written.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach when dealing with enquiries.

  • Previous experience in a customer service, housing, administration, or tenant liaison role is desirable.
