Kitchen Assistant - Cook
Between £12 - £14 per hour
Crempog Mon (Anglesey Pancakes) are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our friendly pancake business. This is a hands-on role supporting food preparation, cooking, kitchen organisation and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Please note: This role does not involve evening work.
Job Overview
As a Kitchen Assistant/Cook, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy pancake kitchen. You will assist with food preparation and cooking, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, and help ensure our customers receive great food and service every time.
Responsibilities
Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation.
Cooking and serving pancakes and other menu items to company standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment as required.
Requirements
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Previous kitchen, catering or food preparation experience preferred.
Reliable, punctual and dependable.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
