Housekeeper
£15 an hour
NextStay is a rapidly growing, family-run holiday accommodation company based on the Isle of Anglesey.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering high standards. You'll have a good eye for detail, be able to follow instructions, and work independently. A flexible, positive attitude is essential, along with a commitment to helping us provide an excellent experience for our guests. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not required, as training can be provided.
Working hours are typically between 10:00am and 4:00pm, with shifts available across 7 days a week depending on business needs and property bookings.
Please note that hours vary depending on the time of year and business demand, and set hours cannot be guaranteed.
Job Overview
This role primarily involves holiday let changeovers, with student accommodation deep cleans during the summer months. Successful applicants must be willing to travel across the island, including to more rural properties. We are a family-friendly business and are happy to work around childcare and school commitments where possible.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Changing beds and preparing properties for arriving guests
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, ovens, glass, and mirrors
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Restocking welcome packs and essential supplies
Occasional laundry collection and drop-off
Requirements
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
High cleaning standards with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Self-employed basis with a late August/September start available
