Service Description

During this course, learners will develop a greater understanding on the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the role that everyone plays in recognising and handling mental health issues at work. This course will provide learners with the tools needed to support individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. What will be covered? - Understanding Mental Health and its importance - Roles and legislations associated with Mental Health in the workplace - A range of common Mental Health conditions and their characteristics and symptoms - Understanding how to apply a Mental Health first aid at work action plan
