Recognising Our Commitment to Workplace Wellbeing

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we have won a Silver Award in the Workplace Wellbeing category at the Mental Health & Wellbeing Wales Awards 2026!
This is a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for our organisation, recognising our commitment to creating a workplace where mental health and wellbeing matter.
Recognition That Means So Much
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Wales Awards celebrate individuals, teams, and organisations across Wales who go above and beyond to support others' wellbeing. Organised by The Ajuda Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting positive mental health, the awards recognise the important work being done to make a meaningful difference in workplaces and communities.
For a smaller organisation, this recognition is particularly special. It shows that creating a positive workplace culture isn't about your organisation's size or the resources you have; it's about commitment, compassion, and the practical steps you take to support people.
Winning Silver allows us to celebrate the work we've already done, raise the profile of workplace wellbeing and reinforce the importance of making mental health a priority. It's also a wonderful reminder that even small changes can make a meaningful difference to people's working lives.

A Team Effort to Be Proud Of
This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the support, encouragement and enthusiasm of everyone who has championed workplace wellbeing along the way, and the passion and dedication we've shared in helping make wellbeing an important part of our workplace culture.
We're also proud to be recognised alongside so many inspiring individuals and organisations across Wales who are working hard to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Building on Our Wellbeing Success
While we're taking a moment to celebrate, this award is also an opportunity to look ahead.
We want to use this recognition as a springboard to keep learning, listening and improving. That means continuing to encourage open conversations about mental health, making support accessible, listening to colleagues' experiences and finding practical ways to embed wellbeing into everyday working life.
We'll also look for opportunities to share what we've learned, celebrate progress and identify where we can do even more. By gathering feedback and reflecting on what's working, we can ensure our approach continues to meet the needs of our people.
Our Silver Award is something to celebrate, but our commitment to workplace wellbeing doesn't stop here.
We're incredibly proud of this achievement and excited about what comes next. Here's to continuing to build a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
