You will have your own, dedicated Employment Mentor who will work with you to
help you achieve your employment goals. Your support will be tailored to suit you and your goals.
This support can include:
· Support with writing and updating CVs and cover letters
· Access FREE training
· Support and guidance with job searching and applications
· Helping you to understand the career paths and choices open to you
· Developing your interview skills and preparing you for the interview itself
· (including the option of mock interviews)
· In Work Support
· Confidence building
· Signposting to other organisations who may be able to offer further specialist support
