This comprehensive training program delves into the intricate legislation surrounding nine protected characteristics that are vital for fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. These characteristics include sexual orientation, race, gender re-assignment, marriage and civil partnership, age, religion or belief, disability, and pregnancy and maternity.
