This comprehensive training program delves into the intricate legislation surrounding nine protected characteristics that are vital for fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. These characteristics include sexual orientation, race, gender re-assignment, marriage and civil partnership, age, religion or belief, disability, and pregnancy and maternity. Each of these areas is explored in depth, providing participants with a thorough understanding of the legal framework that supports equality and prohibits discrimination in various settings.
