Catrin Parry started working for Môn CF at 18 years old as an Apprentice Receptionist, she came straight from Secondary School after completing her A-levels. “It was nerve-racking joining the company, starting at 18. It could have been intimidating being the youngest person in the company, but I was welcomed with open arms - it’s like a big family! It was definitely worth it; I’ve gained 4 qualifications in less than 3 years.” Catrin's journey with us so far… After 6 months of being with Môn CF, Catrin was promoted to Office Co-Ordinator. Following 1 year in that role, she was then promoted to HR and Facilities Administrator. June 2021, at the age of 21, she had the promotion to Finance and HR Assistant. Catrin has completed an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business and Admin and is currently studying for her Level 4, once this is complete, Catrin will then complete her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification and continue her development within Môn CF.
