Responsibilities
- Provide prompt 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and active directory updates securely.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and system changes in the IT service desk system.
Requirements
- Recognized IT qualification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware and software faults.
- A patient, customer-centric approach with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
