Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in both Welsh and English across the KS1/KS2 curriculum.
- Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all pupils.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Complete fluency in both Welsh and English, written and spoken, is absolutely essential.
- A passion for early childhood development and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Current enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo a thorough background screening.
- Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to curriculum delivery.
