Using a Powered Pole Pruner

Please note, in order for this course to take place, a minimum of 3 learners are required. This training covers the safe use of a Pole Pruner. Leaners will gain practical and hands on training and learn skills required to effectively use and maintain the machinery. This course is ideal if you work or are looking to work in a number of industries, from agriculture to woodland. What will be covered? - HSE legislation and safety guidelines - Safety features of a powered pole pruner chain - Maintaining the guide bar - Engine maintenance - Starting the pruning saw and pre-cut checks - Clear and tidy working area and pruning saw checks Please note, PPE is required for this course and can be provided if necessary for an additional fee of £50.00
