Join Môn CF Training for Free Mental Health First Aid and Disability Awareness Sessions, to learn how your business can foster inclusivity and accessibility. Discover our training offerings and BSL translation services across North Wales, -all while enjoying a fresh lunch from Dylan's Restaurant and networking with like-minded individuals. Empower your community and enhance your workplace culture with Môn CF’s expert support! This event is open to all North Wales Businesses, Organisations, Local Authorities, and Charities. Spaces are limited to 5 spaces per Business, Organisation, Local Authority, and Charity. Agenda 9.15am: Welcome, Networking & Refreshments Enjoy a selection of warm or cold drinks ready to settle in for your training! Rummage through your goodie-bag of Môn CF gifts! 9.30am: Introduction to Môn CF, Funders and Overview of Day We will run through the expectations for the day, and showcase our training services. 9.50am:10 minute comfort break 10.00am: Disability Awareness Training Part 1 Môn CF recognise the importance of wellbeing for both employers and their staff, and have a desire to make positive change. This training course covers adaptations that can be made to overcome barriers in the workplace, supporting others and helping your place of work become more inclusive and understanding of disabilities at work. 12.30pm: Buffet Lunch Enjoy a selection of freshly made sweet and savoury snacks from Dylan's Restaurant! 01.15pm: Mental Health Awareness Training An introduction to a range of mental health conditions and an understanding of stress will be presented. Introducing learners to the use of appropriate language, when supporting others and the importance of self-care and mindfulness to improve and protect ones own mental health. 03.45pm: Networking 04.00pm: Event Close Pay and Display Parking available in surrounding areas.
