As part of an ESF-funded project, Môn CF are working with local businesses to encourage cultural change in organisations towards more diverse, healthier workplaces. Our Employer Support Officer can undertake diagnostic needs assessments with your business, including analysing the requirements and priorities of the company and working with you to put an action plan in place to help you embrace or improve your existing Equality & Diversity strategies.
