Gall y rhai sy'n awyddus i gychwyn eu busnesau bach eu hunain wneud cais am y Grant Cychwyn Busnes.
Mae'r grant yn helpu i dalu costau cychwyn busnes yn ystod ei gamau cychwynnol, ar bryniannau cymwys fel offer, dodrefn, TG a hysbysebu.
Bydd ymgeiswyr yn derbyn canllawiau i sicrhau eu bod yn gymwys i gael grant gan Gymunedau Môn Ymlaen.
Fel rhan o wasanaethau Cymorth Busnes Môn CF, byddwn yn helpu i greu'r ddogfennaeth sydd ei hangen ar gyfer pob cais. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ysgrifennu cynllun busnes a rhagolwg llif arian.

Cwestiynau Cyffredin - Grantiau Cyfalaf
Mae'r Cwestiynau Cyffredin hyn yn rhoi atebion cyflym i gwestiynau cyffredin am y Cynllun Grantiau Cyfalaf. Os ydych chi'n ansicr ynghylch unrhyw beth sy'n ymwneud â'ch prosiect, cysylltwch â Chymunedau Môn Ymlaen cyn ymrwymo i wariant.
Who can apply for the £2,000 Start-Up Grant?
Anyone living in Anglesey who is looking to set up a new business can apply. You cannot apply if you are already self-employed or if you have had a previous grant from us.
Does my business have to be based on Anglesey?
Yes, the business must be based on Anglesey and the applicant must live on Anglesey.
Can I apply if I have previously owned or run a business?
Yes, you may still be able to apply if you have previously owned or run a business. However, you cannot apply if you already have a UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number relating to self-employment.
Can I apply if I have registered for my business but have not started trading?
No, you must not have already registered for your business before applying for the grant.
What can I use the grant for?
The grant is intended to help you purchase items and services needed to start your business.
Eligible costs can include equipment, marketing and website costs.
Can I use the grant towards a vehicle?
No. The grant cannot be used towards the purchase of a vehicle.
Can I use the grant to buy stock?
No. The grant cannot be used to purchase stock.
Can I spend the full £2,000 on one item?
No. There is a maximum grant contribution of £1,000 towards any one item.
Do I need quotes for the items I want to purchase?
Yes. Quotes for the items or services you are applying for funding towards will need to be provided as part of your application.
What is the application process?
Once your application has been received, you will have a meeting with a Self-Employment Mentor to discuss your business idea and plans.
If your business idea is considered suitable to progress, you will then work with the mentor to complete a business plan, cashflow forecast and any other required information.
The length of the process will vary for each applicant and will depend on how quickly you are able to complete the required work and provide the information needed.
What happens if my application is successful?
If your application is approved, we will agree to the items or services that the grant will fund.
There are two ways the grant can be paid:

We can pay the supplier directly for the approved item or service; or
-
You can pay for the item or service yourself and claim the money back from us, subject to the agreed grant conditions.
We will explain the payment process and what evidence you need to provide.
What documents will I need to provide?
You will need to provide the information and supporting documents requested as part of the application process. This will include quotes for the items or services you are requesting funding for.
