Service Description

This training covers the legislation of nine protected characteristics including, sexual orientation, race, gender re-assignment, marriage and civil partnership, age, religion or belief, disability and pregnancy and maternity. It recognises the importance of wellbeing for both employers and their staff helping to make positive change. This training course covers adaptations that can be made to overcome barriers in the workplace, helping you become more inclusive and understanding of disabilities at work.
