We’re supporting a friendly, growing salon in their search for a passionate and professional Hair Stylist to join their team.
In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality cutting, colouring and styling services while helping clients feel confident and well looked after. The salon offers ongoing training, a welcoming team, and plenty of room to grow with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
You’ll also play an important part in maintaining high salon standards, encouraging rebooking, and supporting social media content where needed. They’re looking for someone reliable, motivated and genuinely passionate about hair.

Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment
Carry out consultations and recommend suitable services and products
Perform cutting, colouring, styling and hair care services to a high standard
Maintain excellent salon hygiene and presentation standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Rebook clients and contribute to client retention
Assist with salon social media content where appropriate
Attend training sessions and team meetings when required
Gofynion
NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing (essential)
NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing (preferred)
Previous salon experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, motivated and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
