Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties as required.
Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café, kitchen, and customer areas.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
Support colleagues during busy periods and help meet peak trading demands.

Have previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience (desirable but not essential).
