Cancellation Policy (Training)

Môn CF Training recognises that delegates may occasionally need to cancel their attendance on a training course.

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email.

Cancellation Charges

The following charges will apply to paid course bookings:

  • 14 days or more before the course date
    No cancellation charge will apply.

  • Between 7 and 13 days before the course date
    50% of the course fee will be charged.

  • Less than 7 days before the course date
    100% of the course fee will be charged.

Substitute Delegates

A substitute delegate may attend in place of the original booking at no additional cost, provided we are notified before the course start time.

Exclusive / Bespoke Course Bookings

For exclusive or bespoke course bookings, any unrecoverable costs incurred by Môn CF Training as a result of cancellation may also be charged to the course organiser.

These costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • venue hire

  • catering

  • trainer travel or accommodation expenses

  • third-party supplier costs

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a course without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and charged at 100% of the course fee.
