Môn CF is committed to building strong working relationships with local businesses for the benefit of our community as a whole. As well as bespoke training packages accredited by nationally recognised awarding bodies, we offer free recruitment and business support services to help you find new staff and to ensure the continuing wellbeing and development of your workforce.
Môn CF’s experienced Training team offers a comprehensive suite of accredited training and qualifications in health, safety and grounds maintenance. Our high-quality courses aim to increase knowledge, understanding and skills in order to develop and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture in the workplace.
Providing training to your workforce enables you to meet your legal duties with regard to staff/customer welfare, reduces workplace risk, and improves business performance. With this in mind, we can help you identify and prioritise your company’s training needs, then create bespoke, flexible packages which meet your exact requirements. All of our courses can be delivered at a venue of your choice, including our own sector-leading facilities across Anglesey.

As part of an ESF-funded project, Môn CF are working with local businesses to encourage cultural change in organisations towards more diverse, healthier workplaces. Our Employer Support Officer can undertake diagnostic needs assessments with your business, including analysing the requirements and priorities of the company and working with you to put an action plan in place to help you embrace or improve your existing Equality & Diversity strategies.
